Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
EU Shipping We ship to all European Union countries via DHL Express and FedEx. Estimated delivery times by region:
- Western EU (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria): 5–8 business days
- Southern EU (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta): 6–10 business days
- Nordic & Baltic (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): 6–9 business days
- Central & Eastern EU (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia): 7–12 business days
Free Shipping Orders over $125 qualify for free international shipping to EU destinations.
Shipping Rates For orders under $125, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected carrier.
Customs & Import Duties Prices displayed on our store include VAT where applicable. Some orders may be subject to additional local customs fees upon delivery — these are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions.
Order Tracking Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the DHL or FedEx website.
